The board of Trustees met at the Medina Township Office
located at 10628 N. Galena Road, Mossville, Illinois on June 13th, 2018
Purpose: Town Budget Hearing – Fiscal Year 2018 -2019

Absent:
Cam Parr, Trustee
Other Township Officials and Staff Present:
Frank Sturm II, Road Commissioner– Mark Brabant, Assessor
Others Present: 1 resident attended.
Public Input: Supervisor Dawson requested public comment but received no request for input.
Call To Order: The hearing was called to order at 6:15 PM by Supervisor Dawson who reported that the proposed Town Budget has been on display at the Town Hall located at 10628 N. Galena Rd., Mossville, IL for a period of 30 days, as required by statute.
Supervisor Dawson then presented the Town Budget for April 1, 2018 thru March 31st, 2019.

Budget Ordinance No. TB 18-19 Adopted: Supervisor Dawson opened the floor for discussion. After review of budget items, discussion was concluded. Trustee Clinch moved that the Town Budget Ordinance No. TB 18-19 be approved as presented, seconded by Trustee Molohon. Roll call vote was taken by Clerk Garner, with Supervisor Dawson, Trustee Gudat, Trustee Molohon, and Trustee Clinch voting “Aye”. The motion passed.
Adjournment: Supervisor Dawson then moved that the hearing be closed; seconded by Trustee, Molohon followed by a unanimous “Aye” vote. The Town Budget Hearing adjourned at 6:30 PM.
