The tax company who bought the abandoned house on Medina St. will start evection proceedings once they receive the deed to the property on January 1. The Deputy has heard reports of people passing school buses when the stop arm is down and is planning to follow the bus through Lake of the Woods and Cedar Hills subdivisions to mitigate this unsafe behavior.

Public Input:

Residents complained of the burning going on on Fairview St. They reported that toxic items such as paint and plastics are being burned and the fumes are so noxious that the neighbors cannot open their windows in good weather. The same property is junky and has 4 trailers parked on the lot. Deputy Davison said to call the police or Fire Departments every time this happens. He is working on a solution to these problems stemming from the same group of people.
