  1. Investment Report: The report ending on April 9, 2025, was previously presented to the board.
  2. There are no General Assistance (GA) cases pending.
  3. There are no cases before the Plan Commission.
  4. We have agreed to sponsor a baseball team for the IVCYA this season.

Road Commissioner:

  1. The County inspected the Staab Rd bridge, and it has been closed due to damaged pilings. IDOT Bridge Office has declared that it cannot be repaired. This bridge serves 2-3 houses and there is another route leading to these homes. The alternate route is 1 mile longer. The bridge is in Medina Township but the people it serves live in Hallock Township. The Dickinson Rd bridge cost $900,000 to replace. The county will look into some funding options for a bridge replacement.
  2. Spring leaf pickup has been scheduled for April 14 with one pass through the township.
  3. The filling of potholes has been delayed due to standing water.
